High Class Hillside

This is the one part of the town that is actually really elavated, & protected by the city law. Of course, the law changed that soldiers may fight, take shelter, & cut it down to create camps. Well, the law was never really enforced, but the soldiers took advantage of the forest for their own safety & protection. You probably would have a good chance at meeting a soldier in the forest, & either they'll adopt you into the war, or run you off in fear of being located by the opposite side...
