PoWeR hUnGrY: kIaA-mAaLHere, Kiaa-maal rules all, or, at least, that's what he thinks. He has driven away all other males from the hotel, for this is his playground, & the only one to believe it, is no one. Only the many females know of this place, because this is where he takes them, whenever he gets the chance.
Most of the hotel rooms had been locked, but he had chewed away the doorknobs, & has discovered that a few of them were open, from soldiers who had been seeking solace from the troubles of war.
No more males roam around here anymore; even those who don't know of this place seem horror-stricken by it's appearance. From the sidewalk, one can often see him staring down out of one of the high windows.
He nicknamed this little hotel, 'Hotel Heartbreak,' because he takes the females in, & then throws them back out onto the streets, dignity stolen, along with a meaning for life. He, however, often refers to this place as his 'castle.' To him, he is royalty, & the hotel, is his palace.
He sometimes wonders what a life being hunted by dogs larger than him, being weak & clumsy, & not even having a taste for females would be like. It might sound bad to those who are, but in truth, they have it better.
But, this life has clung to him as a parasite to a disease ridden, lifeless animal... And he is the one who regrets it. He actually could be described as the parasite, considering he always is the one clinging to the females. Either way you choose to describe him, is correct. He is nothing but bad. All he craves is the darkness at his back, & the running against the wind which is life.
Those eyes will kill you every now & then, & if you look into them, truly, deep inside, down to every last little speck, every last teardrop, every last memory, every last thought, every last disease, every lasy longing for care, every last soul-tearing depression, that last little grain of sand in your hourglass, is already at the bottom...

Kiaa-maal stared out the window of one of the rooms on the top floor of the hotel. This window, he always kept open. He then became bored, & jumped off of the queen size bed which was colored with earthtones, & had a brown leaf print. He walked out of the room, & down the spiraling stairs, towards the lobby. He looked at what used to be the reception desk, with the background of keys tacked to a corkboard. He pushed open, & then walked out of the front door, which shut back. He began walking Downtown, in hopes of finding a female.

"Where, you ask? Hotel Heartbreak. Why, you ask? So you will know of this city." Kiaa-maal then looked back at him, making sure he hadn't left. He took Dodo inside, showing him around the hotel. He showed him the room with the always open window. "This, is my domain." he said aloud. He looked around. The walls were pale peach, & had little white marks scattered across. The floor was carpeted with sandy tan carpet, stained with blood. "They have fought here..." He walked out, into the lobby, & picked up a little key sitting on the desk. "This, is the skeleton key. It controls every room in this hotel... And... Every soul that shall enter this building..."

"Fine. If you shall wish, then go & fulfill that wish..." He paused. "But the leader will discover you. It will hunt you down. It will destroy you. It will eat you up, on the inside, & out..." Kiaa-maal looked up at the full moon. The black clouds pushed away to reveal it. He heard a long howl, then silence. Another howl. Kiaa-maal then lifted his head up to the starless, black night, & emitted a long, weary howl. Another howl was heard from far away. Kiaa-maal said, "Farewell to you, wrinkles," as he headed off into the night, occasionally letting out a howl to locate the female he had been communicating with.

Kiaa-maal detected the female, & stopped to take a better look at her. He began walking towards her, sniffing her as he approached. He walked in a circle around her, looking deep into her eyes. "So, who might you be looking for, me?" He then thought, 'You might know me, but I probably won't remember you...'

Kiaa-maal evaluated the female. "Not far," he said. "Just about a block away." He had high hopes (Wow, lots of 'h's'!) of getting her to the hotel soon. He nudged the female along, a signal of, 'follow me.' He walked along to show her the entrance of the hotel. He was so caught up in the beauty of the female, that he didn't even notice the scent of Dodo as he walked into the door.

Kiaa-maal felt that he would find love somehow tonight, for this was the most beautiful female he had seen. You see, he didn't care what the female looked like, just as long as they were willing to 'spend some time' with him.He brought her into the room he had previously shown Dodo. He thought the female would need some convincing before mating. He walked to a small closet, which door was broken. He pulled a small medallion out. It was made of pure silver, & when opened, released a haunting melody, one which you could not escape, & that melody stays with you everyday, & never once seems to escape you, no matter how much you forget of it. It is the song that reminds Kiaa-maal much of himself. He would keep this female here, & feed her, & care for her, until the time for her puppies would be born. Yes. He had already planned the whole thing out, even though he knew things in his agenda would have to be changed.

Kiaa-maal was wanting it more & more as the seconds went by. "So," he started. "-need anything to eat?" He had only been doing this because he believed that if he helped her in some way, that he would be able to have his chance sooner. "I can find you whatever you'd like to eat." he whispered into Siara's ear.

Kiaa-maal smiled. "I'll be back soon." He got up, stretched, & then walked out of the room, & began scratching at the walls of a closet in the next room. A few mice frantically scurried out. Kiaa-maal grabbed all five, & pierced each one's flesh with his razor-sharp teeth. He brought the mice to Siara, & dropped them gently in front of her. He layed down next to her, licking his lips.
